OK - here we are in the cupcake factory. It took three of us, (Sarah, our renter came up and saved me) but we got it done - 114 rainbow cupcakes for Lexi & Jeff's reception. We had food coloring all over us before we finished! I frosted them at the location and they turned out pretty cute!

Been sick for about a week now - no, it's not the swine flu - I went to the doctor and it was verified through that very invasive test! But I have been as sick as I can remember for a long time. I have just "laid low" and suffered in silence. The hard part was that I had to miss Brittney's wedding. I am feeling a little better now thanks to lots of "miracle drugs", but am still staying in. Anyway, I've had lots of time to think about my childhood and the Garland I called home. Here is a photo of 'my' mountains - the ones I saw each morning when I woke. That was a long time ago, I have decided, but still vivid in my memory.

Fun in the sun!

One last summer fling! First we played in the water. What could be more fun than neighbors, friends, and grandkids and trying to drown Harold?

Then we ate lots of food, had a sleepover, and did a fun craft project - all squeezed into less than 24 hours!

The finished projects - ready to proudly show to Moms & Dads
